Celebrate your little one with a stress-free, fully private birthday experience. This package includes exclusive access to the entire play space, guided support from a party host, and plenty of room for kids to play while parents relax and enjoy the moment.

Cleaning & Damage Policy
Standard cleaning is included with all party packages. However, the booking host is responsible for any damage to equipment, furniture, décor, or the facility caused by their guests.
Parties that leave excessive mess, stains, or damage requiring additional cleaning or repairs may be charged a cleaning or repair fee.
All personal decorations and belongings must be removed at the end of the party.

Q1: How do I book?
To lock in your Little Nuggets soft play experience, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee goes toward your total balance and guarantees your reserved date.
Q2: What if I need to reschedule? or cancel?
We understand life happens! While booking fees are non-refundable, you’re welcome to reschedule your event once at no additional cost. Reschedules are subject to availability, so please contact us as early as possible.
If you cancel your event entirely, your booking fee will not be refunded. We highly encourage rescheduling instead, so you don’t lose your deposit.
Q3: How far do you deliver?
We deliver within 20 miles of Louisville. Additional mileage available for a small fee.
Q4: When is Final Payment Due?
The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before your event. If payment is not completed on time, your booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Q5: What ages are best for soft play?
Our play zones are designed for toddlers ages 6 months–6 years.
Q6: How do you keep everything clean??
Every item is sanitized before your event for a safe, worry-free playtime.
Q7: Are parties private or shared?
Private Play Birthday Parties and Styled Celebration Party Packages include full private access to the play space.
Classic Shared Space Parties include a reserved table with shared access to the play areas alongside other guests.
Q8: What’s the difference between Private and Styled Celebration parties?
The Styled Celebration Party includes everything in the Private Play Party, plus additional touches to make the celebration feel extra special. This package features themed table décor, a decorated photo backdrop, juice boxes or water for each child, and enhanced party hosting support, along with a few extra celebration perks.
The Private Play Party provides exclusive access to the Little Nuggets play space, allowing families the flexibility to bring their own food, cake, and decorations while enjoying a more personalized, DIY-style celebration.
Q9: Can I bring outside food or decorations?
Yes! Families hosting Private Play Parties or Classic Parties are welcome to bring their own food, cake, and decorations for the celebration.
For the Styled Celebration Party, décor is provided by our team as part of the package.
Outside vendors must be approved in advance.
