Q1: How do I book?
To lock in your Little Nuggets soft play experience, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee goes toward your total balance and guarantees your reserved date.
Q2: What if I need to reschedule? or cancel?
We understand life happens! While booking fees are non-refundable, you’re welcome to reschedule your event once at no additional cost. Reschedules are subject to availability, so please contact us as early as possible.
If you cancel your event entirely, your booking fee will not be refunded. We highly encourage rescheduling instead, so you don’t lose your deposit.
Q3: How far do you deliver?
We deliver within 20 miles of Louisville. Additional mileage available for a small fee.
Q4: When is Final Payment Due?
The remaining balance is due at least 24 hours before your event. If payment is not completed on time, your booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Q5: What ages are best for soft play?
Our play zones are designed for toddlers ages 6 months–6 years.
Q6: How do you keep everything clean??
Every item is sanitized before your event for a safe, worry-free playtime.
Q7: Are parties private or shared?
Private Birthday Parties and Premium Party Packages include full private access to the play space.
DIY Shared-Space Parties include a reserved table with shared access to the play areas alongside other guests.
Q8: What’s the difference between Private and Premium parties?
Our Premium Party Package includes everything in the Private Party, plus themed décor, food and drink inclusions, digital invitations, upgraded hosting support, and additional celebration perks.
Private Parties include exclusive space access with a more DIY approach to food and décor.
Q9: Can I bring outside food or decorations?
Outside food, cake, and décor are welcome for Private and DIY parties.
Outside vendors must be approved in advance.
